Reported problem: I bought a genshin account and she took it back and changed all the credentials by using the support system. The genshin support told me that a dispute was opened recently and was used to change the credentials.
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. False advertising, the seller is not the original owner. Seller refused to issue a refund and could not help to recover the account.
