Reported problem: pxp2016 is attempting to dispute on PayPal even the right account is sent to him with the help of trade guardian Delac, even Delac knows he is trying to scam. Please hlep me with this guy, I can sent screenshots on dispute even his the wrong account he is trying to file in dispute just to get the money back in PayPal
