Banned user @InLiebeFinn (seller)
User's known information
Reported problem: This user claimed to be the original owner of the account when sold. He later told me it belonged to his dead fiance. He initally sold with access to the registered email at the time which was his personal email. The day after Black Desert sent an email saying a payment (by him) on 11/07/2025 for 300EUR was declined. Looking through his email I could see this was a paypal transaction. He told me he spoke to a GM and this was an error and the account did not receive any ban. At this point I had changed the email associated with the account and returned the email address to him as I no longer needed it. Last week the account was banned and there had not been any contact with a GM at all. They are requesting the 300eur be paid. I then contacted him and he told me to wait but at this point I was too suspicious. I managed to find the actual original owner of the account who is alive and does not know this user at all.
If I look at the transaction history on the account, I suspect he came into posession of the account in later April and there are over 7000euros of transactions on the account since then. My issues are as follows:
1. Lied about ownership of the account and sold account to me on that premise. He is not the original owner and neither is his "dead fiance". The original owner is alive and well.
2. He has likely chargebacked this 300eur transaction he made on 11/07/2025 and he will not pay it.
3. He is likely to chargeback all his payments which I will not be able to cover (>7000eur) and I do not want to spend further time on this account with the fear of this happening.
I can send screenshots of transactions, his ID, and our direct messages.
Outcome of dispute: False advertising. Seller was not OO. Account recalled, no response from the seller.
