Reported problem: Account got reclaimed. The seller was not the one who reclaimed, he told me, but the original owner of the account he bought the account from. He already opened a report against the original owner.
It was not disclosed to me that this account had a previous owner. I only deemed the seller trustworthy (not the owner I didn't know about) and went through with the transaction. While he was technically trustworthy in that regard, he as a seller should take responsibility, since it was him I bought the account from.
Outcome of dispute: Seller stopped responding to the dispute.
Must issue 50% refund if he wants to be unbanned.
