Reported problem: reported the account to take it back
all my accounts connected to my artix account were banned.
after contacting artix support, they said that the original owner of the account has sent them an email saying that the account and email was hacked someone else. in the process i've lost all my artix entertaiment accounts and the bought account was also given again to the previous owner.
i have proof of that
