What is the dispute about?
I contacted this seller about their services to inquire more. After talking for a bit we agreed upon $50 for 5k followers through their methods of promotions and shoutouts. Before I paid the money I was clear and asked if the shoutouts would begin that evening (yesterday 8/1/19) to which they replied "yes, as long as payment is good" So I paid and then the seller went silent for a bit. After I inquire about when this would begin he began to get very angry and tell me it is 4am where he is living and no one is going to be online to follow. I was confused as I thought we agreed upon the promotion begging once I paid. I went to sleep and woke up today 8/2/19 to still no shoutouts or promotions. I again inquired about why nothing has been done only to be treated hostile again saying he shouldn't have to stay awake for $50. I then posted a reply to the thread here to warn others of his activities. He imiditaly sent me messages via KIK saying he would not refund my money unless I were to take my post on his thread down. In all this was a very unproffesionl transaction and I just wish to have my $50 back. Lucky I paid with goods and service so I can dispute but Id like it back the correct way please.

Other details / notes:
Seller was very hostile and started using foul language when I called him out on his actions. Very unprofessional and not a good business practice if you'd like to remain in business... also not scamming people is a good start as well.

It’s been refunded as I said. You messaged me at 4am and said would it be complete by tonight, which would of been about now.

Your missing the point entirely sir. Thank you for the refund and best of luck with your future clients. You need better communication... when I asked will this begin once I make payment and your response is yes as long as payment is good what am I supposed to think when nothing happens? You did not communicate the operation of how it all worked and if you would have communicated what time it was where you were things may have been a little different.

I dont think i am in the wrong what so ever here. If you look at the screenshot chats I think my stance on the situation is fairly valid.

The seller should not say he's going to being after receiving payment, if he doesn't plan to. The buyer should also wait a full 24 hrs, as things sometimes to come up unexpectedly that could delay a service.

@EmergeMedia Please explain why the refund was cancelled.

EmergeMedia was supposed to issue a refund, not a new payment. Mtnman87 you received a new payment not a refund as refunds can't be reversed.

EmergeMedia please issue a refund of the original $50 payment, NOT a new payment.

Ban on Sept 3rd if the refund is not issued.
