Reported problem: I never made any agreement on the basis that he could permanently delete the account. Can I please make multiple things about this transaction that has been dishonest clear please.
Nouli lied about the number being his personal number, this is a violation since you cannot sell accounts with a temp number. Turns out it is a rented number.
When I asked multiple time for instructions on how to make a CN number do you recall Dragon telling me that Nouli will NOT help me with buying or creating one?
Lastly I have screenshot from Nouli and previous account holder Empress and empress is literally advocating for him to delete the account but when I message her she acts like she doesn’t know. (Why would she want an account with over 10k usd investments to be deleted?)
All that being said with the dishonesty Nouli been showing I understand your probably limited how you can help. But if we could atleast prove that the account is not deleted or proof of him reselling it to someone else would that help.
Outcome of dispute: Seller stopped responding and stated he could not repay the 500$ owed.
