Reported problem: Dear Support Team,
I am reaching out to report a serious case of fraud involving my accounts on your platform and my gaming account. Below are the details:
1. Account Theft:
Both my gaming account and my account on your platform were stolen.
The scammer used my account on your platform to sell my gaming account to another person.
2. Current Situation:
I have regained access to my account on your platform, but my gaming account is still with another user.
The person who purchased my gaming account later listed it for sale through their account on your platform.
3. My Request:
I kindly request you to investigate this case and contact the middleman who facilitated the transaction.
Please send a request to the person who purchased my gaming account and help retrieve my access to it.
You have all the transaction details and account information of the users involved.
I am ready to provide any evidence needed to support my claim, such as:
Screenshots of the listing where my account was sold.
Proof that the gaming account belongs to me (activity history, UID, purchase receipts, etc.).
Please address this issue as soon as possible and help me recover my gaming account. This is not only my property but also a violation of your platform’s rules regarding the sale of stolen accounts.
Outcome of dispute: DovuD gave his Epicnpc account and RoK account to someone else.
This person then sold the RoK account to Allkman.
A few weeks later later, Dovud reports that someone stole his Epicnpc account and ROK account.
False. Dovud willing gave this person all the login information and security codes. (confirmed)
Dovud recovered the RoK account and refused to pay Allkman. Dovud was banned. We suspect the claim is false and this was a planned scam.
