Reported problem: Hello, I recently received multiple emails notifying me that the password on a purchased Wizard101 account has been changed, and I no longer have access to the account which I purchased. I am under the impression that the seller may be attempting to recover the account that was sold to me. I have included details about this in the message chain and am reporting this so that an administrator may join in the case that the seller is fraudulently attempting to recover sold goods.
Outcome of dispute: Seller was requested to open a support ticket and claimed he did. We waited 2+ weeks and no update was made. Previous support ticket replies were 1-3 days.
I requested the seller to post a forum thread in their help section to request an update on the ticket. The seller refused to do this and stopped replying.
Seems the seller never opened a support ticket.
