Reported problem: This guy took my 1750$ and handed me his account, but the email account was blocked about 30min after he handed to me. And the account I linked to my steam was re-linked to another account in about 12hours. I can provide screenshots or anything if needed
Outcome of dispute: Seller provided account to buyer and it become locked immediately. Seller claimed OO and email was OG. Seller could not unlock anything and refused to issue a refund. Banned.
