Reported problem: I have some problem on Transaction #131071 buyer trying to taking back the money using paypal refund when our transaction was complete theres is no problem with the account that im selling and the buyer forced taking back the money
Outcome of dispute: Buyer opened a PayPal dispute then taunted the seller in the dispute chat.
