Reported problem: Sold me a previously compromised account without disclosing that information. Tried to give him 2 days now to resolve this between just us (proof via PMs on site), but he's not being cooperative in a timely manner so I have to involve the staff.
Not accusing him of knowing, but I made him aware and he said he's fine with reversing the deal, but isn't making an effort to do so.
Outcome of dispute: Account was previously recalled and the seller failed to disclose this information.
Buyer requested a refund. Seller agreed. Refund never issued and seller stopped replying. Seller was banned.
