Chargeback question

Sold an account to one guy for 34.99$
The deal went smooth and he repped+ me on epicnpc
But after 3 days he chargebacked on me, so the next day I sent mail to paypal nd was able to win the chargeback within 48 hours

As soon as I had received his chargeback, I had locked my account
Now my question is, can I keep the account with myself because that gentleman tried to scam me? Or should I give it to him?

There's nothing in the fine print detailing it, so it whatever administration say. Every scenario is different so it would be best to make a scam dispute thread. That way you can resolve on what you can do with the account and then also attempt to get the guy who tried scamming you banned. Win - Win.

This is probably the safest option...you could also dig through similar resolved cases to see if there is a precedent.

If the buyer disputes, it's essentially breaking the agreement. You should just keep the account and show proof of the buyer opening a case against you.
