So.. does anyone actually have experience with it
I already reject several potential customer that want me do the service through this instead giving their game account access
Am I overly cautious? or I'm correct its very risky for me.

For me personally, it's impossible to do this kind of service with a team viewer. The fps is too low and everything is lagging.

I don't see how it's risky for you but if the other party is unsure, there are a few ways you can assure your customer. One of them is verifying your identity with us (only Administrators can see those so you don't need to worry, that it would be compromised) or explaining the situation - e.c- it is not possible to boost via Team viewer or any other third party platform due to lags and low fps.

IMO, it will depend on the game

if the game like wild rift, pokemon unite, valorant, overwatch

teamviewer is not possible like azura said, low fps will affect your play

but if it's game like auto chess, teamfight tactics, heartstone, marvel duels, runaterra that focus on strategy or decision making

it's still possible using teamviewer

regarding risk, maybe you will let the customer know your strategy or your play style to win, so they may not come back to use your service again in future?

or they want to record your gameplay and use it for another purpose?

Personally I wouldn't bother with Teamviewer, just because of possible lag depending on connection etc.

Parsec would be a better option for that, although remote connection to strangers always stays somewhat of a security risk.
