Big Time Ebay Scammer

This guy scammed my friend for 230$, heres the ebay link

His ebay name is polloman83 and his AIM name is: Polostudd83

Do not under an circumstance buy the account my friend sent a 230$ paypal check to this guy and he never got the account back this guy is a BIG TIME frauder.

i sold an account to sommone on ebay, however i did give them the account unlike that guy up there, now the person is trying to sell the account back to me, and his dad(which said he is an attorny) said i infringed on laws, is there anything they can do? i gave him the account which he purchased, sadly though i cant refund him his money as i dont have it anymore /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
