Bitcoin is the future of online payments (hopefully). Any other payment option that would work like this would be also great
Skrill, Payoneer are the alternatives. Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria Transfer - are also an option, though most of people don't know how to use it.
They are barely used by most of the people, but if the person is determined to buy stuff from you - they will figure it out
The downside of Skrill is if you get a single dispute your account will be terminated and you will be asked to withdraw the remaining funds before closure.
I've used Skrill for 3 years straight and then someone decided to use stolen credit card on skrill and chargedback 50$ and got my account terminated.
Paypal is the utter trash when it comes to selling anything, disputes are a gamble, support is trash (well it is for the most online companies, but a company like PayPal should hire better personnel). As mentioned by other people, its a great option for buyers, but sellers are sitting ducks for scammers.
I've recently had someone chargeback 2 payments after they received a csgo account. Not only did I lose both payments the moment I mentioned that I was selling an account, they also charged me 40$ for investigation and i ended up losing 140$ without a chance to defend myself.
Even though I posted the buyers IP address and lots of other proof.
Once again, PayPal is the worst payment option. It's great for buying stuff, but it sucks for sellers. Again, there are many seller's that end up being scammers, so that's where it comes in handy, but for the legit sellers paypal might become a nightmare.
If you're a trusted seller or your buyer agrees and trusts you - the best and the safest option is Bitcoin.
