Hello,
I need to recover a phone number from the Philippines. It's quite important and I'm willing to pay $$ to recover it.
If the number is not in circulation (used by somebody), I'm sure it is possible to get it back from the original supplier or any other one (I don't know the communication laws in PH, but in America we can obtain any number from any supplier).
