Possible scammer waiting to hear back from him now for 24 hours. I'll give it another day, then submit formal information for ban. After payment provided a non-working account (can't login).

UPDATE: User responded waiting on refund now, will update once everything is finalized.

UPDATE2: User has still not refunded anything. I'm going to go ahead and mark this one down as a scammer.
