    Feedback Rules Updated

    We have updated our feedback rules and feedback dispute rules.

    Below are the full rules, however I will summarize the recent changes.

    1) Feedback for slow service or rudeness can no longer be negative, only neutral. If it's extreme, then negative will be allowed.
    2) If you received a negative feedback for a dispute and resolved it, the feedback will no longer be deleted. Instead it will be changed to neutral and the feedback will be updated to show the issue was fully resolved.
    3) Feedback can only be removed if it's false.

    Feedback System


    • Feedback can only be given if a sale has began. This means either payment was made or the item was given.
    • You may not compensate anyone for a review or recommendation.
    • No free items, services or accounts in exchange for feedback.
    • Companies that are EpicNPC verified cannot give their employees feedback, and the employees cannot give the company feedback.
    • You may NOT post feedback on behalf of any user. Doing so puts your own EpicNPC status at risk and may cause a permanent account suspension.
    • Grief or revenge feedbacks are not permitted.
    • Grief ratings are not permitted.
    • Disregarding these rules may lead to account suspension and/or having your account upgrade revoked.


    Feedback Removal/Change Rules


    • If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
    • Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
    • Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
    • If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
      • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
      • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
        • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

    Many people are snowflakes when comes to certain trades , or they are not satisfied with work done which cant be done faster,such as some farming or so.Not sure that neutral feedback should reflect how somene works.

    If someone is rude hes already on loss by losing customer.Aswell , if seller is rude by someone standards doesnt mean its rude to everyone.Note that sometimes life can be hard and conversations , especially if customer have low IQ and doesnt understand how things works ( such as new players as example but not limited on them only ) with them can lead to some kind of rudeness.But giving neutral feedback cause someone is rude by someones standard isnt fair.Sellers will waste time by defendint themselfs and potential customers.Neither none of serious sellers gonna flame customer on some extreme way.

    Aswell if someone is rude buyer will note that into feedback or with thread reply.Or just by leaving review about sellers attitude.

    Giving feedback for rudeness should not be possible if no trade occurred. But it should be if there was a trade and it turned into a frustrating experience for the buyer.

    Rudeness doesnt have anything with legitimicy of seller.Enough punishment is that seller loses a customer and a negative review on forum.But giving a neutral feedback for that is not a way to go.U cant change perosonality of someone with feedback.What would happen if seller is rude by standards of customer (but other 10 ppl says hes polite from prevoius trades )but that single trade is completed without issues.Alot flaws is in this rudeness rule.Not good.

    So as example if someone says this booster is great but he have slow replies and he doesnt show me respect in way i want will rate him with neutral grade.Cause that will happen and ppl will start using it to take advantage over sellers.Ive dealt with many ppl who were offended that my boosters are not online 24/7 on their account , even price and timeframe we agreed is more than enough for not being online more than 3h per day as example.Will that be counted a good reason for neutral feedback?Or if sellers replies are not instant or if booster logs in to do his work while customer plays on account and gets interappted in something?

    I am not hating or so , just pointing that this will cause alot drama in future to sellers who have such luck to deal with greedy and unreasonable people.As i love to call them snowflakes.

    If its not true it will be removed.

    So if a customer is being a typical snowflake the feedback would be false and be removed.
    For example customer leaving poor feedback for boost not being started immediately or not working on it 24 hours a day, etc. that would be not a true feedback as it cannot be expected a booster does this.

    Wait so, if someone says that he got scammed by me, but actually wasnt (dont ask me how a situation like that could appear). Then we resolve it, hes happy, im happy and everything is fine. After that, if I got it right, the feedback cant be removed, only changed to neutral? But what if both sides wish to have it deleted, or changed to a positive?

    If there was an actual issue caused by you, you won't be able to remove it.

    If there was no issue or it was just a misunderstanding, it will be removed.

    For example, customer buys something from you and you promise to deliver within 24h. But over 48h had passed and you still haven't delivered or replied anything to the customer. They leave a negative feedback and open a dispute. If you resolve the dispute, feedback would be changed to neutral instead of removing. (prior to this update it would have been removed entirely)

    @MistiServices some sellers put "Instant delivery" or "fast response" in their threads, so in those cases, yes, if the customer had to wait hours for a reply, they could give neutral even if everything else was okay.

    We don't want sellers making claims they can't backup. If you can't give fast response, say "Response within 24 hrs" or whatever you can do.

    Sellers can also give feedback to the customer. If the customer was rude first, you have the right to give them a neutral feedback also. Members can also dispute the feedback if they think it's unfair or false.

    @idle If a dispute is opened and the seller received negative feedback, even if it's fully resolved, we will only change the feedback to neutral. It will no longer be deleted. Obviously there can be times when the feedback was completely false, in the case of impostors, so those would be deleted.
