CUSTOMER REVIEWS/QUESTIONS
As a house seller/ he's not wrong in asking this, Balmung is very rare and hard to get server, comes with a lot of additional values (gil) and Auto demo being down, no relocations, and Balmung is one of the orginal Legacy servers, and it's an RP server (great marketboard, etc)

It also comes with over 200 million gil (over $350 in value).

A regular large plot will usually go about $800 and this is Mist Plot #5.
It's Balmung. They ran out of apartments. So yea, if he's asking $1500 I think he'll get it.
