There are a lot of english players on ship 2, usually gathering in block 20 lobby, but you can use the other blocks for the specific quests you want to do.

I may not always have bulk meseta on hand; I do play the game regularly and need meseta to upgrade gear etc.

The bulk discount only works in multiples of 10m\20m\30m
(Example: if you order 13mil, it will be $136.)

Finished downloading, and it works perfectly. Awesome. Sure the cutscenes and everything else in in Japanese, but who cares. This game was awesome!
 
I can't figure out how to install this game. I played the original and loved it. I'm in the US, is there anyway to get this game, even if everyone is speaking another language, I don't care lol.
