Ordered a World of Warcraft 110-120 Express Boost (12 hours) but seller failed to fulfill the order. Has said that their "worker" GPU has failed causing them to stop at level 113. Seller has offered a full refund or a partial refund if allowed to complete the order. I have opted for a full refund in which the seller fully complied.
While short comings are to be expected of any business I had high hopes my order would be completed without any problems. However, that was very arrogant on my part in believing their services would deliver 100%.
Nevertheless the customer service they have is one of the best with their quick response to my issue and resolved it quite quickly with a full refund. They have offered a 35% discount if I were to ever try their services once more. That I may do in the future.
