-All Leveling and Service work is done by hand unless otherwise stated. We will NEVER use an external program on your account without asking you first.
-Leveling is done by professional American players on an East Coast USA IP.
-If your account is banned, you will be given a full refund and the remainder of the service will be completed for free. We have had 0 BANS to date! Safety is our #1 concern.

Disclaimer: If you're account is banned or any problems happen during leveling, you will be given a complete refund. Please note that once you sign over your account to me to level, you should not log into it until I tell you that I am done. If you would like status updates contact me on skype, aim or email. If you do log on during the leveling process and you get banned, your money will not be refunded.
