I have sold one second life account to this girl, when i recive the money, my paypal had limitation, i had to explain my last traansaction to paypal, after that i logged in website with the second life account, and delivery to the buyer, after 15min she said password is wrong, and i have lost my account, then i solved the paypal issue in 2 days, she gone for one month and place a dispute on me, i will post screenshot

Tryed to contact on 5, feb, 2015, she was online and no answer.

She had a problem i wanted to solve the problem with an refund, but when i logged out from second life website, and tryed to log in again, account gone, wrong password.

after that she stay offline for 4 days, then reply my message on feb 9 2015

I logged on paypal to verify she open an dispute on me, and then appeled against me.

She wants another account, i have done my job on delivery, and now she want account for free and money back.

I said many times to her that i was going to refund, but for now i will not refund because she is trying to scam me, changed the pass, and want the account for free.

18/02/2015 she did appeal on dispute. After 3 days from last dispute.

please screenshot the chat entirety of the chat especially where you deliver not small chunks please. and right click her username in skype and hit profile. and the entirety of the payment(s).

And also about your paypal limitations. is it a new paypal or a long inactive one? have you received multiple gift payments or make a lot of gift payments lately? or send or receive a lot of money recently? Just trying to help you on that as well.

Thats not small chunks. They are the chat, i just cut down the date because the date it was in PT BR .

But if u want it i can post it also. and i typed the date up to the screensot in English, beucause on print it was in portuguese. Just the date of contact.

She logged in the account and talk about the dashboard u only have acess to dashboard if u log in in the account.

And account password is wrong now and she wants a refund. If i provide aan refund she will have money and account for free so will not happen

I edited the purchase date cause it was wrong, just take look at the time.

Just to ask about ''Why i had acess to the account and three mins after u answer it was wrong.

Then i tryed to log in again, and it say the password has wrong.

Then you told me about the dashboard, you are not new to the game so you know the dashboard u only have acess when u log in. on the website.

I have made another paypal account so i can get balance to we both can work on refund, First she gives the account back, if she didn't deleted the inventory and stuff on account, i can provide, this was my plan on this

But now when my PP get Restored. She opens the dispute against me.

Based on the chat logs simip provided this is the series of events

simip sends payment for 2life account and receives login
3 mins later says password isn't working
rsfat3 says it's working, was able to login just now
5 mins later, password still not working
rsfat3 says it's working, was able to login just now
7 mins later rsfat3 says he'll refund
rsfat3 Paypal account becomes limited and can't refund
rsfat3 says he'll contact Paypal to remove the limitation and then refund

rsfat3 in the chat you said you had access to the account the whole time. You were talking to simip for over an hour and never said anywhere that you lost access to the account, but in this dispute you said you lost the account after 15 min.

How could simip take your account when he was only gave him the password and he wasn't able to login. I'm sure 2nd life has some security settings so password alone probably isn't enough to take control of an account.

It seems to me you owe simip a refund. I see no evidence you ever lost access to the account.

I said its impossible to be wrong and after that i have lost acess, so i decide to sell another account or just simple making an new paypal for refund, after she give it back. i never said anywhere just because to avoid blocks and this kind of stuff. But if u decide that i have to refund i will do it then, i will never put my name in trash. i hate scammers and i fight against then u know that

After this deal i have sold more than 30 accounts. i sell em everyday, im stay active here on EpicNPC 12/7 all day. When i wake up when im at work, im here selling my accounts.

I don't see how this could be a scam, taking me thru the trash more like it. As of now I have no account and no money. Up to now I would have been quite content with an account that I requested, even to have paid the additional $30 for what I wanted, not one that has stuff I don't need and didn't want. Now I just want my money so I can go elsewhere.

U have the account we both know it...

U payed i delivery, no one of my buyers had this kind of problem that u are having, i have no account but i have money, you have the account, and no money... the pruchase was been delivered to you, I want EpicNPC to decide this if i refund or not.
 
Fine with me but no I do not have no account and no access to one as that was clearly stated in chat at the time and you then agreed to deliver an account though one you tried to pawn off. If you truly had access the access to the account you said on the original one reset password and redeliver. They will send to the original owner of the account as they state on their website. Whatever they decide is fine and yes I have purchased another account and had no problem with it.

You claimed at 11:19pm you lost access to the account. 3 mins later you said you were still logged in. 40 mins later simip says he doesn't want that account. If you really did lose access I would find it very hard to believe that you STILL wouldn't even mention it in chat after he says he doesn't want it.

You were both online for 6 more mins after that and still didn't mention you lost access to the account.

I seen zero evidence that you ever lost access to the account so a refund must be issued.

If you want to provide proof, you'll need to contact 2ndlife support and report the account hacked/stolen saying it was stolen on Jan 15th.

I can't open an support for hacked stolen account, its is an alternative account, i dont remember the security questions so i can't recall

Okay I trust you dw. I know you are going through many issues with scammers like simiP. Dw, I will wait a bit longer.

I don't appreciate being named a scammer. Why I posted the full chat logs and even offered access to those accounts for verification. I agreed to pay for an account *bella* and when that one wasn't delivered a vampire account was attempted to be pawned off on me. If I had wanted one with souls either to keep or to sell I would have asked for that. I never had access to the account despite copy/paste so keep your scamming comments and my name away from each other. I have purchased other accounts from members here and this is the first time I have had any issue. So I hope yours is resolved as this shouldn't even have any effect on any other account that you are in the middle of purchasing if you think about it.
 
There is no evidence at this time that shows SimiP ever had control over the account, so Rsfat3 must issue a refund.

Rsfat3 if you have no ability to recover an account, you MUST tell the buyer this info before the sale. As the seller you are responsible to disclose this type of information to a buyer so they are fully aware what they are purchasing.

Closing thread as resolved once Rsfat3 issues a refund.

No refund issued because i always got scammed by tryng to sell to someone stuff.

Let me Speak with SimiP, she wants a refund and i want to refund too, not a ban, i really don't have the money now and i will nott have in 48 hours. let me do this in next days. i speak her on skype or here on forums.

Its really hard to sell stuff with this ''WARNING: Pending Ban'' i was about to sell an account to refund SimiP, i was going to recive $80 from sales then refund her.
 
I'm fine here on the forum on the condition you keep your word, give a time here. That way there is no mistaking what is said or done. As far as scams I can claim the same as goods promised was not delivered or made good on. So keep that out of the conversation.

Yes, please send $40 if that's all you have. Send it to the same Paypal as before as "refund" so no fees are taken.

I believe I was ripped off as well. I paid 50$ for a pvorpal and 2 rank 10 radiants. Still did not get them. And how dare he sell things he does not even have in stock. Scammer by RSFAT. It has been over a month. Give me my items or I will charge back.
