Describe how you were scammed: Possitive its not a scam. He has 64 rep on armory bids and is a verfied member on here. I'm oppening this thread for caution purposes. I have sent him a text but he works at night so he wont be up until around 6pm central. But i logged on this morning and a gm whisper me. You will now be disconnected from the game. I tried signing in and it said theres a temp bann on the account. I again tried signing in and said the PW was wrong. I think the OO recalled it by calling over the phone.
Other details / notes: I would like nothing to be done until i know whats really gone. I prefer for him to not even post on this thread until everything is figured out

Vertezz is the OO of this account.
The one that harz0rz bought it from. Please be aware if you are googling him or his skype that he is a scammer and do not buy from him.

i signed in this morning to play my rogue. Got a GM message saying i'm going to be disconected, tried signing back in and said theres a temp ban on it. Tried signing in again 10min later and the pw was wrong. My warrior is fine atm. I'm afraid blizz will bann my warrior because its on the same IP address. I'm 100% sure this is a recall by Vertezz but i bought it from harz0rz through armory bids.

No, your warrior will not be banned for being on the same IP. One account has nothing to do with the other and blizz wont do an IP ban unless you really really make them mad. You should be perfectly fine to log into your Warrior's account.

Because i opened a dispute on paypal he will not help me on getting my refund. He is no longer responding to my text. i think this is turning into a scam.

Any advice on how to win a dispute like this?

Once he said "maybe" i can get your cash back. Something clicked and i knew i wasnt getting my 299$ back. after he said he was no longer going to help me even though he said he opened a dispute(which you dont need to do for a refund?) i decided to open my own. He's no longer responding to my text so i'd be suprised if he even posted on this thread. /sigh

He got his account banned and now he wants his money back. I have no idea what he did to get the account banned. However, I do have proof that he said the account was banned.

edit - I jumped through hoops to sell this guy an account, including opening my paypal account back up because that's all this guy could use. I should have known better. He has negative feedback both here and on armorybids.com for not paying/reversing payment. He has opened up a paypal dispute. I will fight this dispute and he will not be refunded for getting a perfectly working account and then getting it banned.

I don't know if he was botting, swearing, sharing the account, gold farming/buying etc. In short, I am not responsible for his actions that get an account banned.

Since people like simple lists:

1. Shammurai buys account from Harz0rz.

2. Shammurai gets account banned.

3. Shammurai wants money back.

Just tried to recall the account in case he was telling the truth. Of course he was lying. The account was never recalled; he got it banned. Here is a screenshot of me trying to recall the account. As you can see, the account no longer exists as he has gotten is banned:

edit - He doesn't even have the proper pricetag listed on the amount he paid for the rogue.

The account was obviously recalled. I mean u bought it from someone with 0 rep. All i did, was practice my arena with rogue and duel the last couple days. Didnt buy gold, didnt transfer gold. Nothing like that. After it said there was a temp ban*like the one you get from loggin into an account in a different location* my pw no longer worked. I've kept the account on the same email as the one you gave to me. You have the OO ID....surely you can prove that its perma banned?

I like how you edited the picture to a different one. Because the last one is complete bull****, it pissed me off that you would even try to use it an arguement.

You texted me while I was in the movie theatre with my wife and nephew. I had no way of telling what was going on. I get texts all the time from people saying they are locked out of an account and need help. However, you got your account banned somehow. If you think I'm lying, try and recall the account, the login doesn't even exist anymore.

You opened up a paypal dispute before I even got home to check things out. You escalated it to a claim at the exact same time, proving you didn't want help. You just want money. Here is proof he escalated to a claim before I even talked to him.

I had it for 2 days and the thing got taken back. this is shady buisness. Anyone here that sells gold can tell you an account that buys gold or any other service could not get it banned in 1 1/2 days. Your argument is flawed and full of lies. Yes, when you text me in the middle of a movie theatre, "maybe I can help you." Sorry but I don't have a retractable computer in my anus. Secondly, I DID TRY to recall the account when I found out you filed a dispute. BUT YOU GOT THE ACCOUNT BANNED. Do you go back to the car dealer asking for a refund when you wreck a car that you just drove off the lot?

"yeah that sucks what happened. I didnt see your msg until now i opened one too" 6:49pm. You claimed you opened a dispute which is not true. So i opened one.
"what do you mean u can't help me? You're not going to compensate me? U sold me an unsafe account how is that my fault" 7:12pm I sent that after u didnt respond my last couple of text i then escalted my dispute.

I was extremely patient in the beginning, dont try to play that game. You are at fault here i did nothing wrong. I want whats owed to me, my refund. I wouldve taken an account of equal value until you stop responding my text.
