I would strongly advise you not to deal with bernice148. He apparently works for ********** which took over $800 from me after they wouldn't honor their policies and compensate me for my loss.

I purchased two accounts from your company in 2010, accessed them once, both were banned. Contacted your live support, they said the only thing they can offer is the registration information so I can contact PlayNC. I proceeded with that and PlayNC turned around and said that the accounts were recently investigated and banned for botting and would not be reopened. I then recontacted your live chat and they told me the only thing they can offer me is for me to buy a new account which was a solution for you, not me since I have to pay full price for a new account which was the most ridiculous solution made yet.

I lost close to a $1000 and would gladly provide proof on the scammers forum if you'd like or if you wish to finally resolve the issue, I can retract my statement and not go more public about this.

The reason I call your company a scam is because per your policy:

***** warrants the accounts sold for a period of ONE (1) MONTH from the date of purchase (date of delivery). We will do our best to help you solve any problems which the account is facing during warranty period.

1. If the account is banned or permanently suspended in first Three (3) days after the date of purchase (date of delivery), and the problem is approved that caused by our behaviors (mistakes), we will give you another account of the same value as the one you bought.
2. If the account which having problems is purchased more than 3 days, but still in warranty period, we will only give certain compensation (not more than 500 US dollars), which would be treated from case to case.

Which you never honored those policies and you never compensated me for those. Had you actually resolved this issue with me, I would have continued to purchase many accounts from your company but had no choice but to go with a more respectable company that honors their policies.

Ultimately, your company scammed me because you didn't support your policies, and never compensated me for your faulty insecure and risky accounts.
