Negative feedback for a transaction that did not occur.
I received a negative from a user "Joshue" for a transaction that never ended up happening. Since he was a new member, he was willing to go first, and I was already skeptical since I've already been sold a few bogus keys by foreigners. I have all the chat logs and screen caps necessary to prove that the transaction stopped at the point I found out the key was already in use.

His feedback says 2 keys were involved. What about the 2nd key? that didn't work either?

I think the two keys he is referring to is the other key he tried to sell to another buyer. I was only involved in one key.

I have bought like 10+ keys for me and friends, and every key worked fine only yours didn't work (lol?) i have another key that was scammed too by trying to sell to someone of this forum and ill did go first on that one too and that key worked too but it was an scam

I think you have another swtor acc with my key active. Because no one of my keys have been used before only yours that's really wierd. I don't believe that the key was already in use even with an screenshot because anyone can have another PC with swtor webpage open with another account and use a key on it.
PD: I have lost 2 keys already and not going to sell more because of scammers

Keys are tricky, I've been in this position before. What I recommend Joshue is calling Blizzard and asking when the specific CD key was used. If it was used at the time of the transaction then my guess would be the OP had used the key.

as joshue said, the account in the screenshots could be another account.
Switch, SWTOR is Bioware, not Blizzard
But yes, Josh, try contacting Bioware to see if they can give you any info on the key that was used. A username would be the best, but if they can even tell you the date and time, that would be helpful also. SSmith, you can also try contacting them.
I think the best way to do CD keys, is for the person that is buying one, to give their account login to the seller, they can apply the key, then the buyer can change the password. This way it would be on the seller to make sure the Key is added successfully. Otherwise there's really no way to tell who's at fault.

Bioware haven't replied my ticket yet, im still waiting
but NOW..
ssmith297 gived me a negative notification, why that if he didn't pay me anything and nothing bad happened to him?
He instead stole my Cd-key didnt pay me anything and worst he gaved me a negative feedback.
Why he is doing that is he able to do that?..

right now it's your word against his. Your saying the Key was good, he's saying it wasn't. Both feedbacks will remain until this is resolved.
